Holcroft Motors, Main Peugeot Dealers in Drogheda, are the first Dealer in both Ireland and the UK to meet new, stringent customer service standards set by the PSA Peugeot Citroen Group under a programme called Organisation et Développement des Activités de Service (ODAS). ODAS has been introduced by the lion-brand in their worldwide bid to consistently monitor and improve customer satisfaction, with a clear objective of continued market share growth. The international framework programme assigns a Dealer score across a range of key criteria and evaluates total customer satisfaction. Holcroft Motors won a seal of approval from administrators, UK specialists, MXS International.
During the six month stringent appraisal process, Derek Holcroft, Dealer Principal, and his team at Holcroft Motors underwent the in-depth certification process. During the programme all aspects of customer service within Holcroft Motors’ Aftersales department were monitored and graded; making appointments, welcoming the customer, workshop efficiency, explanation of work, return of vehicle and post-repair or service contact.

During the ODAS programme appraisal period, they exceeded their customer satisfaction targets, all the while achieving a balance of workshop productivity and affordable maintenance for customers.”
Holcroft Motors have built up a strong and loyal customer base in County Louth and are already very highly regarded among their peers in the Irish Motor Industry. Crowned Peugeot Dealer of the Year 2014, the family-run business was presented with the much-coveted Franchised Aftersales Operation of the Year accolade at the Society Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) annual awards ceremony in 2014.
